Hugh's Dry Rub
This rub was a great complement to the barbecue chicken I made last night! I did cut back a bit on the cayenne (about 1/3 of the recipe's suggestion) as I didn't want it too overpowering.

Buttery Soft Pretzels
I had a little difficulty when working with the dough but I think that was more my fault because I used white whole wheat flour. I just ended up adding more water while kneading and it was more manageable. In the end these ended up tasting really good and are very filling. After baking the pretzels, I brushed them with melted butter and sprinkled half the batch with cinnamon sugar.

Cranberry Crumb Pie
Made this for Thanksgiving today and it was a big hit! I followed this recipe exactly but used a graham cracker crust (the larger size that has "two extra servings"). I didn't have any problem with spillage... it was actually quite perfect. I will definitely be making this again!
