Yakitori Chicken

This was really good! Juicy chicken, very flavorful - even the onions were tasty. I broiled them because it was too cold out and they turned out great - will def make again.

Easy Beef Stroganoff

I love this recipe! Easy, cheap and absolutely divine results. I always make 1.5x the recipe so there is a good amount of leftovers - it's just as good the next day for lunch.

Dark Chocolate Cake II

I followed the recipe to a T and it is AMAZING! This is the first "from scratch" cake I have ever made and not only is it an easy recipe - it's great and there's little clean-up!!

Really good frosting, but I found the measurements way off - I used alot more evaporated milk than called for (can't say how much, at one point I just started pouring it in from the can!) But the final product was delicious, and tastes even better the next day... on an iced cake, of course

Lamb Chops with Balsamic Reduction

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this recipe! Made it twice - once with really good vinegar, once (tonight) with the cheap stuff cause that's all I had... it was still amazing! Served with asparagus sauteed in garlic to make up for the lack of garlic in the recipe (:

This has become a staple recipe of mine for skewers... the meat & veggies always turn out perfectly glazed with a nice sweet taste! Great with roasted corn and Corona!!

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

I wasn't going to rate this because it has SOO many already, but I don't understand wht it is so high! I made this for dinner last night and it was... there is no other word - disgusting! I am a HUGE seafood fan, and was very disappointed. We ended up scraping the "creamy sauce" off and just eating the fish. Another reviewer put it perfectly - it tastes like funky mayo slathered on perfectly good fish. Sorry - wasn't a fan.

Best Bread Machine Bread

I made this bread yesterday, and it was very good. I am only giving it 3 stars because it did not rise very much! The loaf didn't come close to filling the bread pan... I am trying it again tonight to re-test - alot of factors can cause bread to not turn out, so I will post the results. The bread itself is very good - moist and chewy. Worth a shot.
