Baked Pork Chops I

This recipe was great! I used thin pork chops so I cut down on the cooking time to 30/30. I also doubled the sauce b/c we are gravy lovers. This turned out perfect and I didn't have to ask anyone if they wanted seconds, they were already out of their chairs with a new plate full!

Chicken and Pasta Casserole with Mixed Vegetables

This recipe was really good. I added about a half cup of chicken broth to the mixture before baking and the consistency turned out great. I would definitely recommend adding grated cheese on top - cheddar was great - for a little extra flavor.

Best Marinara Sauce Yet

Amazing that this sauce tastes so good and is so easy to make! I added brown sugar because we prefer our sauce a little sweeter, but besides that I followed the recipe exactly as written. Definitely a keeper!

Russian Mushroom and Potato Soup

This soup was great! I make soup all the time and my husband said this was the best he's ever had. I added green beans b/c I didn't have carrots, but besides that I followed the recipe exactly.

Spinach Pasta Salad

This recipe was good yesterday when I made it, but wonderful today after it sat overnight. I think that's the key to this one - it needs to sit overnight for the flavors to meld. I used Kalamata olives instead of black (what I had on hand) and used homemade Italian dressing instead of bottled. I also took the advice of other reviewers and cut the onion amount down to half.

My Best Clam Chowder

I absolutely love this recipe. Every time I make it I'm told it's the best clam chowder ever. I use fat free half n half to reduce the fat and the last time I made it added Old Bay. We also add mushrooms (we add mushrooms to everything). This recipe is great as originally written and great with little tweaks as well!

Seafood Creole

Wow, this was amazing! My husband said he has never had anything even close at a restaurant! I used large scallops and shrimp and left out the fish, but otherwise followed the recipe exactly. Thank you for the wonderful recipe!

Best Ever Pasta Salad

I thought this was really good. I did add more veggies because (once I tasted it) I thought it needed more - Vidalia onion and green pepper and I also added feta cheese. With these additions it was perfect!

Szechwan Shrimp

I thought this was great! I tripled the sauce and it was just the right amount for us. Next time I will try it with fresh ginger and cut down on the cornstarch a bit. It was a little thick for me, but I also think I may have made an error in measuring.

Creamy Italian Dressing I
