Slow Cooked Barbecue Beer Beef

Amazing....usually make my same old shredded beef in beer, this was delish. I had to buy a 8.75 lb brisket and cut in half......great recipe.

Szechuan Spicy Eggplant

This was a good recipe. We love spicy so I more then tripled the chili sauce...only change other then that would be to cook shrimp initially then move to side and toss in at end so they don't over cook....husband loved..made this along with hot sour soup....better then going out!!

Barbecue Ribs

Good sauce, which we love. I season ribs with salt, pepper, garlic powder, double wrap in foil and toss in oven for 2 1/2hrs, then grill to crisp saucing at the end...ribs fell off the bone.....while grilling off to the side in aluminum dish put soaked hickory chips....delish.....

North Carolina-Style Pulled Pork

I grilled/smoked my roast which was slightly under 8lbs for 5 hours until it reached 195 degrees...after resting it just fell apart, tender, juicy with amazing hickory smoke flavor. We didn't like the sauce, next time we'll eat just plain or with some Famous Daves. Our first time with this cut of meat and the smoking/indirect technique. I'm passing this recipe around the office for sure.

Irish Egg Rolls

I used leftover corned beef I braised in guinnes and brown sugar, added swiss cheese, served 1000 Island on side as a dip and they were amazing. Not lowfat but VERY tasty...will make again, and again.

Rich Mashed Potatoes

Making this for New Year's to go along with steaks on the grill. I'm adding cheese, crumbled bacon and chopped green onion and baking in oven. I've made this before and it is a perfect potato to take along to a party. Happy New Year
