Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookies

Awesome!!! One of the best cookies I have ever make. I used unsalted butter, add 1 cup of oats and a small bag of c. chips. The texture was perfect.

Like others... a whole can of frosting is way to much. It was really mushy. I baked another cake and added 1/2 of it in. Strawberry cake and frosting, dipped them in chocolate. After it was all said and done, they are my favorite things I have made all year.

Coconut Icebox Cookies

Everyone loved these! So easy to make and the dough was great to work with. I did omit the vanilla and replaced with more coconut extract. Will make again and again.

Chocolate Caramel Candy

Awesome!! After reading the other reviews, I used a smaller pan, it was an odd sized foil pan, about 10x9, this make the layers a little thicker. I lined the pan in foil (just to give me something to lift it out with) and than a piece of waxed paper. When completed, I just lifed it out and inverted it. The waxed paper pulled away really easier. I did cut it one piece at a time in 1 inch squares. They look and taste great.

Raspberry Truffle Fudge

This is a great combination. I made a few changes by using the Aunt Teen's Creamy Chocolate Fudge recipe from this site for the bottom layer. The top layer I used Black Raspberry jam, 1/3 cup. It was awesome. One pan will not be enough.
