This was really delicious and easy. I tried to lower the huge sodium count (the reason for only 4 stars) by using "Healthy Choice" Cream of Chicken soup, as well as adding the lowest sodium dry salad dressing available. I also used lower fat cream cheese (Neufchatel cheese, which is exactly like cream cheese and is available at any grocery store). Because it's stroganoff, I felt compelled to add about 2/3 cup of sauteed fresh mushrooms. I sauteed the mushrooms for about 7 or 8 minutes in a little butter, then added them at the same time as the soup and cream cheese. I stirred about a tablespoon of the mushroom liquid into the stroganoff. The flavor was surprisingly rich and savory. I served the dish over wide egg noodles with steamed peas on the side; it was a big hit with the family. Will definitely make again.
