Very good and full of flavour, added a bit of chicken oxo to the butter/olive oil mixture and it was very tasty. I also added fresh minced garlic to the butter and oil instead of adding more garlic powder. Next time I would use more lime juice and more garlic though.

Angel Chicken Pasta

Beth's Spicy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

I didn't have the butter flavoured shortening, and just used margarine instead of butter. (Used 1 cup of margarine) I also used Allspice and used a bit more than the 1 tsp of spices recommended. These are very very good!

Glazed Ham Balls

You took this recipe from Taste of Home, it is even their picture you are using from their magazine :) I am a TOH fanatic so I recognized it right away! I only tried making these once but lol I tried using shaved ham and it wasn't a good substitute!

Apple Enchilada Dessert

Everyone loved this! I followed the advice and did 1/3 cup of water, also I used apple pie filling, as well as a few slices of real apple. We used Cool Whip as I didn't have ice cream in the freezer and it worked great.
