Good recipe, but made a few changes. I used gluten free soy sauce, about 1 tbsp of honey instead of sugar, added 1 tbsp of tahini to the marinade and used a small onion instead of the green onions. I let the meat marinate in the sauce for about an hour. I cooked it in a wok, sprinkling about 1/2 tbsp of ground ginger on it and then set it aside. I made another batch of the sauce to cook the vegetables in. I started with broccoli, carrots and celery. Then when they were starting to get tender I added zucchini, red pepper and mushrooms. I sprinkled some more ground ginger on it and then about 1/2 tsp of red pepper flakes. I added the meat back, added the sesame seeds, cooked a bit longer and then served over brown rice. Will make again.
