I love this recipe. The only thing I did differently was use zucchini and broccoli because i didn't have any spinach. And I also used a cup of cottage cheese and a cup of ricotta only because I was concerned we wouldn't like all of that cottage cheese. I think the egg makes all of the difference. I've never used an egg in lasagna before and it makes sense and makes it so much better! I would make this again and again using all kinds of veggies but spinach would be best with this. yum!

I give this four stars because it is so easy to make and comes out very moist and yummy. I would give it five stars but like others here have stated, it really is not chocolatey enough and if you're making chocolate cake, you want to taste chocolate, right? Next time I will add 5x chocolate as recommended by other reviewers here. To make it even easier, I used Nestle Tollhouse pieces because I had them on hand and they tasted great melted. It worked just fine so no need to grate chocolate. I also added some vanilla and coffee to the chocolate, and used buttermilk instead of sour cream because that's what I had on hand. Also, I only used one cup of sugar (I don't like things overly sweet) and I think next time I will reduce that further to 3/4 cup. I also used 1/4 cup veg oil and 1/4 cup butter instead of the 1/2 cup butter. Next time I would like to try plain yogurt to replace the sour cream. I will definitely add more chocolate!

this was excellent. about 95% of the time i try and cook fish of any kind, i am bitterly disappointed. for some reason i can't get fish right. this came out perfect! just like i would eat in a good restaurant. my 8 year old loved it and asked for seconds and i usually have to force to eat just a few bites of salmon. this was great!

I really love this as a base recipe. I play with the veggies a lot, and tend to use Bush's chili beans since I'm not a fan of kidney beans. I also don't like cooked peppers very much so I omit those. It always comes out very yummy. It's hearty and delicious! One note on the carrots, though - when I sautee them like the recipe calls for, they never cook to tender for some reason. I personally love them al dente, but hubbie and daughter do not so I skip the saute and just let them simmer for a while until tender. I think this is a 5 star recipe but gave it 4 because I alter it all the time to my specific taste.

This bread is very yummy. I followed the recipe exactly except for reducing the sugar by 1/2 a cup. Next time I will follow the users suggestion of using apple sauce to reduce the sugar and oil amount and also because apple flavor will go well in here. I only gave it a 4 rating because I personally prefer a bit more of a pumpkin pie flavor so it needs a bit more of those spices to bring it out. It also could use a bit more pumpkin for my taste as well. Aside from those personal preferences, this recipe was spot on and really cooked in 70 minutes.

Our family loves this meal. We always have leftovers and it suits everyone's tastes.

i really love this stew! it is more like a soup as others have written, but that can be tweaked with a litle bit of flour. what i love so much about this is that you can do a variety of things with this and come up with many different flavors and recipes. or, make as stated and it's so delicious! i had just received my farm share and had no idea what i was going to do with it all and then i came across this recipe. it's perfect!

I had the same problem with this frosting as most of the other reviewers - it was very tasty, but very crumbly. The my husband took over and kept slowly adding milk while blending with a hand blender until the desired consistency. It really made the cake, I think. Super tasty and buttery!
