Skin-on Savory Mashed Potatoes

I used 6 medium potatoes, and added a little garlic salt and parsley, an extra splash of milk and 1 extra tblspoon of sour cream! So good!!

Special Buttercream Frosting

I made this frosting twice, 1st the way it is written, and the 2nd I used 1 cup of butter and 1 cup of shortening, and it was fantastic both ways. THANKS!

Easy and Delicious Chicken

This was really very easy, and very good. The chicken needed to be watched and stirred because there wasn't a lot of extra liquid with just the Italian dressing in the bottom of the crockpot.
