Irish Soda Bread
I made this today and it was uh-mazing! I only used 1 box of raisins which came out to be about 2 1/4 cups. My four year old hated the raisin (what kind of a kid are you?!?!?!) next time I might omit the raisins so he will eat it (I'm sure it will still be good). It was super moist and the dough will be really sticky (like stick to your hands bad sticky). If this did not come out right for you, you def did something wrong!

Banana Banana Bread
I enjoyed this banana bread. I actually baked it in a bundt pan because the movers lost my other pans (i had planned on making muffins). Im not sure how this could come of dense it was nice and soft in the middle! I stirred the flour mixture a little with a wisk and made sure my wet and dry ingredients were super mixed before adding them together. I mixed dry and wet with a rubber spatula and it mixed quickly. I can see why some people don't like the texture its a little soft because of all the bananas. Its also not super sweet but thats why I like it. Next time I will add cinnamon and vanilla a mistake I made because I was in a rush.
