White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake

This was wonderful. I used an 11 inch spring form and made an extra cup of the crust mix. By using the 11 inch and the same amount of filling for some reason it fell in the middle. My dad sticking his finger in it could have had something to do with that. I made extra raspberries and used those to fill in the dip in the middle. People were eewing and awwing about my little pond of raspberry sauce. They thought I did it on purpose! I have never had so many compliments on any one dish! Make this and be sure that you can tweak the recipe to what's in your fridge and it will come out delicious every time!
