Hot Artichoke and Spinach Dip II

It tastes better when mayo is increased to 1/2 cup and garlic to 2 cloves. Also add 1/2 cup sour cream and fold in the mozzarella cheese so it doesn't for a tough crust at the top. With the changes suggested, it is awesome!

Pretty good! It went fast at my bf's UFC Fight Night. But as others said, there's no need for the deep frying. i took a brush and brushed on some olive oil and garlic salt and baked at 400 degrees for 45 minutes and uesed high quality nonfat plain yogurt instead of sour cream

Banana Banana Bread

Very good to my surprise! The recipe looked a little strange to me without the vanilla extract and cinnamon/nutmeg. I thought it was not going to be cooked all the way (I used the glass Pyrex ware) but by the time the 65 minutes were up it was cooked according to the wooden skewer. The boyfriend was picking at it when I had my back turned

This is so wonderful! I've had so many requests for this. I changed the amount of garlic from 1 tablespoon to 1 1/2 tablespoons because we love garlic. Also I towel dried the shimp before I put it in the pan
