Cauliflower Potato Soup
*Disclaimer* I had to improvise a bit as I didn't have all the correct ingredients. I used Yukon Gold instead of red potatoes (about 9 small potatoes). I cooked the cauliflower and potatoes in chicken stock and omitted the bouillon and water. I added Velveeta at the same time I added the cream cheese and substituted half and half for the milk. Also, was short on time so I cooked it stovetop instead of crockpot. It was delicious and I have barely one serving for leftovers. I will definitely be making this again! Thanks for sharing!

Ham and Cheese Quiche
Really enjoyed this recipe. Cooked the pie crust first, used shredded swiss (all I had), cheddar, small can of mushrooms, and ham (no spinach). Mixed everything together instead of layering and cooked for just over 50 mminutes. Perfect, DH has already eaten almost half of the quiche, next time I will double the recipe to make one for now and one for later. Thanks for sharing!

Golden Sweet Cornbread
Great recipe, thanks for sharing. I followed another suggestion and used 1/2 white and 1/2 brown sugar. The only reason I rated it 4 instead of 5 was, as other users have said, it was a bit on the crumbly side, making it a bit messy to eat. Next time I will try the trick of soaking the corn meal in the milk to see if that resolves the issue. I might also add, I made these in muffin tins and 23 minutes at 400 was spot on.
