Chicken Cordon Bleu II

This is delicious, especially the sauce! I added garlic powder with the paprika and used pinot grigio for the white wine. I also used an egg wash to coat the chicken pieces. Aside from that, the recipe is deeelish!

Yakisoba Chicken

Didn't use the chili paste - used crushed red peppers instead. Added tonkatsu sauce, grated ginger, bean sprouts, and mushrooms - just like reviewer littlehemmy wrote. Also only used half the amount of soy sauce. My husband LOVES it!

Cara's Creamy Stuffed Shells

This is delicious!! I only used 1.5 lbs of ground beef and doubled the garlic and spices. I used both romano and mozzarella cheese. YUMMMMM!!!!
