Vegetable Pasta Salad I

Reviewed: Mar. 18, 2008
I've made this several times and its a great treat to take for lunch. Using "fiesta style" frozen vegatables makes it even better!

Very good! I'd cut down on the sugar in the dressing a bit but otherwise, its perfect!

Pasta Bake

Reviewed: Mar. 18, 2008
I've made this a few times and although its very good, I think its missing a little something. I've added a small can of peas along with the mushrooms and that helps. Overall, very good, easy and takes great the next day.

Angel Hair Pasta with Shrimp and Basil

Reviewed: Mar. 18, 2008
My picky husband liked this very much. I was very skeptical when making this dish, thinking it was going to be bland but it was the opposite. I used only 1 can of diced tomatoes since I'm not into tomato 'chunks'. My advice is to rinse the diced tomatoes, not just drain, so the wine sauce can cling to the shrimp and not get lost in the tomato sauce!

Bodacious Broccoli Salad

Reviewed: Mar. 18, 2008
I've gotten rave reviews on this salad and its a staple for any summer gathering. My only suggestion is to use MUCH less salt than the recipe calls for. If you use that much, you won't taste anything else!

World's Best Lasagna

Reviewed: Mar. 18, 2008
Not that this recipe needs another 5 starts but this lasagna is WONDERFUL. I agree with another reviewer that this sauce will be used for all things Italian - in fact, dare I say, this will replace my grandmothers sauce as the standard in my household!

Spicy Maryland Crab Dip

Reviewed: Mar. 18, 2008
Very good. I've made it several times and been asked for the recipe. I think 2 tbsp of Old Bay is a little much but others seem to enjoy it.
