Lemon Poppy Seed Chicken Pasta Salad

this was soooo good. a nice change from traditional pasta salad. I added a few slivered almonds for a little more crunch. easy to make also. big hit at the picnic (and no mayo to worry about in the heat). i also used the rotisserie chicken from the store

Jenny's Sweet Waldorf Salad

this is NOT your mother's waldorf salad. This is so good! I used vanilla yogurt. This says that it makes 8 servings...but it makes a LOT, and I only used 2 apples. A recipe has to be really wonderful for me to take the time to review it! thank you

Cream Cheese Snowball Cookies

so good. made these for a wedding. I loved the almond extract flavor. Much better than the version I remember. I chilled dough overnight.

Corn Pudding V

another easy way to make this is in crock pot at low for 4 hours. I do this on thanksgiving when I either have to bring a dish or when you have too little oven space for all the dishes. workds out great

Bacon Chicken and Dumplings

you never know when you try something new how its going to be, but man this was good. My family wants it in the regular rotation of menus. took a while to prepare (but not hard), but sooo good

Turkey Roll-Ups

These were delicious, easy to make. I took them to a picnic. I had extra cream cheese mixture, we ended up using as a dip for veggies and crackers (try the roasted vegetable Ritz cracker). It was a delicious dip
