Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookies III

These are the best Peanut Butter Cookies I have ever made. A small amount of cookie dough makes a good size cookie. The filling in the middle is simply delicious. I don't think my children will notice that they have oatmeal in them. I'll be making these often.

English Muffins

My kids loved these. They were easy to make. I didn't find the donut cutter made them big enough. Next time I'll use a larger circle.

Blueberry Cream Cheese Pound Cake I

This cake was very easy and good. I used a lemon cake mix rather than white or vanilla mix.

Fluffy Boiled Icing

I've made this twice now and it turned out great. I do use a candy thermometer though and clear vanilla extract. I Love how white this frosting is.

Volcano Pancake

I am not a fan of pancakes but the rest of my family is so I decided to make this for them and I absolutely loved it. I omitted the cheese and added vanilla and cinnamon sugar.

Homemade Bread

Chocolate Covered Cherries

These were sooooo delicious. I tried making them last Xmas with a different recipe and I ruined them because I added too much was to the chocolate. I love this recipe. Very Yummy. I added a bit of cherry juice to the fondant centers for a bit of flavor. I will definitely be making these again.
