Slow Cooker Beef Pot Roast
I've never liked pot roast until this wonderful recipe came across my path. Everyone raves about it. Some may bulk at the "extra" work in prepping the roast before slow cooking but it is essential to obtaining that amazing and full flavor. I am so thankful I gave pot roast a chance again AND that this was the recipe that I found to make it with! Thanks Chef John!!!! PS...the only change I made was using Italian Seasoning instead of Rosemary since I didn't have any.

Flourless Chocolate Cake I
Just made this recipe for the third time, and, as always, we LOVED it! This time though I used coconut oil in place of the butter due to my daughter's casein sensitivities. Was a little worried I'd ruin it but it was even better than I imagined! Not sure it it was the coconut or the type of chocolate I used but it was creamier/smoother than the other times I've made it. So amazing! There was a slight coconut taste but I used virgin coconut oil instead of refined. Using refined should eliminate that. It actually was a wonderful flavor combo anyway. Needless to say, my daughter devoured it and was very thankful for the tweak so she could enjoy it with us. I highly recommend this recipe for those who have allergies or know someone who does. It's an easy way to make someone feel special with this amazing recipe! Thanks for sharing it with us Maggie!

Pumpkin Bread IV
Loved this recipe! Quick and easy. I adapted it for a gluten-free/dairy-free diet and you would never know the difference! So delicious!!! I also used a cup of applesauce and 1/2 cup oil as others suggested. My gluten free flour tends to have my baked goods end up dry and dense but this was super moist and fluffy! Thanks for the great recipe! Nice to have something that tastes "normal" again!
