Slow Cooker Turkey Breast

All i can say is WOW!!!! This was the most moist delicious turkey breast I ever had. I made some changes, here's what I did. I did not use the onion soup mix I used boneless turkey breast cut in two Seasoned turkey breast with Black Pepper Cayenne Powder Onion Powder Poultry Seasoning Garlic Powder Salt Olive Oil Marinated over night Chopped up 2 large onions 3 large carrots (placed in crock pot) Poured in 1/4 cup of chicken broth Placed Turkey Breast in poured remaining chicken broth over turkey,covered and set on high for 1 hr. Turned Turkey "breast down" covered and cooked for 3.5 hrs. OMG it came out perfect, moist juicy, and flavorful. Everybody enjoyed it. This will be my go to recipe for now. No more chalky dry turkey breast here.

@Forever Endeavor12 How did you expect it to taste if you didn't use the ingredients instructed. Using Chili Powder will make this seasoning taste drastically different.

Oven Fried Chicken III

3 stars because this is good with boneless chicken breast, but with bone in, not so good.First time I used chicken breast. Delicious, moist. Second time around I used legs and thighs. Bland plain and simple. And yes 1 cup of mayo is way to much, scale it down to 1/2 cup.

German Chocolate Cake Frosting

Best recipe. You have to have patience when it comes to the mixture thickening. Turn that heat to low or medium, and keep stirring!!!! I made this frosting before. It was a disaster because I didn't follow instructions about the heat and the constant stirring. Second time around I aced it.

Creole Chicken II

Love this recipe!!!! I added to 2 tablespoons of curry, and added a teaspoon of cayenne. Didn't have chicken stock so I used chicken broth. I omitted the raisins, Still came out wonderful.
