Veronica's Hot Spinach, Artichoke and Chile Dip

Reviewed: Feb. 26, 2012
Awesome! Better than what we order at resturants!! We sub'ed the mayo for sour cream as other suggested and omitted the green chili's (bc the hubby doesnt like them) and added about a tbsp of minced garlic! Turned out great!! Will definately make this again and again!

The Devil's Own Deviled Eggs

Reviewed: Jan. 21, 2012
I never used to eat the yolk part of deviled eggs UNTIL NOW! These are great! They have a great kick to them. I was also pleased that the recipe didnt overdo the amount of mayo and mustard... its was just enough to add texture and a bit of taste without overpowering the whole yolk mix (like most other recipes do)! Thanks!!

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: May 2, 2012
Best Cookies I made to date! I made them small with mini chocolate chips and they were perfect. I added the Extra vanilla, baking powder and salt as suggested by others and only had to bake them for 8.5 minutes (bc they were smaller than usual). I also froze about a dozen or so and baked them about a week later and they were perfect too. Their smaller size made it a quick room temp defrost (20m) and then into the oven for 8.5 minutes! I'll be making these for a long time!

Banana Sour Cream Bread

Reviewed: Jan. 21, 2012
I've made this twice now and loved it both time BUT have to say that i liked it slightly better the first time when I didnt use any nuts and only had half the amount of Sour Cream required. Dont know if that made a difference the second time around but I'll half the Sour Cream again next time and skip the nuts and see what happens! Either way though - the best Banana Bread EVER!

Fluffy Biscuits

Reviewed: Jan. 29, 2012
WOW! These were great! I used half shortening - half butter (like others suggested) and they turned out amazing. I've NEVER made buscuits from scratch ever and this recipe was easy enough for me to pull off on the first try! I fed a house full of Marines with this recipe (with the gravy recipe) - They all loved it!

Outrageous Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Jan. 21, 2012
LOVE these cookies! My only tip for cookie makers out there is be to sure to use room-temp butter, not cold or microwaved... that why some of the cookie pics look off I think. Also, I added a 1/2 tsp of cream of tartar bc I read somewhere that it makes the cookies crack more...worked for me! These cookies looked as good as they tasted! I've never made a prettier chocolate chip cookie!
