Mushroom Blue Cheese Turkey Burgers

OK--these were AWESOME! Full of flavor and very moist! Hubby & I both agreed we will def. be making these again, most likely for our summer picnic for everyone to enjoy. We followed the directions as is.

Baked Chicken Nuggets

quick and easy, my toddler loved them. I cut the chicken into chunks like Chick-Fi-La does. A nice alternative to those prefrozen things in the grocery store that are loaded with preservatives!

Grandma's Chicken Chardon

This was really good and easy to make. I did take others suggestions and double the butter/lemon mixture and double the mushrooms. I will be adding this to my recipe book as a regular for meal time!

Martha's Vegetable Beef Soup

My husband and brother loved this one. I substituted the stewed tomatoes with tomato juice. Turned out great. I took other suggestions and used garlic and onion also. Will make again!

Jumbo Fluffy Walnut Apple Muffins

Very good. Made the recipe as is. Next time I make them I think I will add a 1/2 teaspoon more of cinnamon. That is the only thing I would change!

Pumpkin Bread IV

Yummy! Everybody loves it! I added a teaspoon of ground ginger and substituted 1/2 of the oil with applesauce. Also added a teaspoon of vanilla.

Teriyaki Marinade III

This is awesome! I have done of both chicken and beef on the grill. Marinade for 3 hours if you like alot of flavor. If I dont have the OJ, I substitute with lemon and taste just as good. I also add a little ground ginger.

Michelle's Peanut Butter Marbled Brownies

YUMMMMM...the best combination---chocolate, peanut butter and cream cheese. I have been getting alot of compliments on these. Didnt change the recipe---made exactly as written. I only wish it didn't call for so much butter, as it is not cheap!

Mini Pumpkin Muffins with Orange Drizzle

Very good. I have been selling these at a local farmers market I set up at. They always sell out. The only change I made was to the orange drizzle--I made it thicker (more conf. sugar & less OJ)than the recipe calls for, only because I package the muffins and the original drizzle recipe doesn't set up, making a mess when trying to get them neatly into a little treat bag!

Chocolate Surprise Cupcakes

Awesome! I have made these many times---always come out great and I have gotten many complements! Made them for my daughter's 1st Birthday party. I recently made a double layer cake using this recipe. I pureed fresh raspberries, added the puree to my cream cheese icing, put the raspberry icing between the 2 layers, frosted the rest of the cake with plain cream cheese icing and drizzled the remaining raspberry icing on top of the cake. Turned out VERY rich, but OH SO GOOD!

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

I have made this so many times. It is one of my most favorite recipes. Quick, easy, and delicious! My husband and toddler love it. Actually my toddler always wants 2nds! Goes great on top a bed of rice. We rarely have leftovers from this recipe. Excellent!!!

Black Bean and Couscous Salad

Made this for Labor Day weekend picnic. I got alot of positive feedback! I used whole wheat couscous--turned out great! Will definitely make again. My husband ate it by the bowl full with hot sauce on it. Even toddler ate it!

To Die For Blueberry Muffins

The name of the recipe says it all! These were awesome. I made them for our sunday school class, went over very well. I followed the directions exactly with the exception of frozen blueberries in place fresh and an addition of 1 teaspoon of vanilla. My husband would not stop eating these! Would most likely be great with other berries too!
