Great Recipe! I pounded the chicken and left out the Mushrooms. Next time I will probably leave off the cheese and bacon to save time or maybe try bacon bits.Either way it taste great.

Spicy Oven Fried Chicken

I made some with pepper sauce and some without for the kids. Everyone in my family hated the ones with the (tabasco)pepper sauce. It just tasted nasty and wasnt even hot. But everyone did like the ones without. *-With pepper sauce ***1/2Without pepper sauce

Tangy Pineapple Chicken

Reviewed: Jun. 16, 2008
I Love this recipe. We usually have left overs but we didnt this time. I chopped up the chicken like you do for a stir fry and I added soy sauce and doubled the pepper. I also used chili oil and sesame oil instead of veg oil. I added Veggies also. Thanks for the great recipe.

Chicken Katsu

Reviewed: Mar. 24, 2007
Great! Feels like I am eating shrimp. Maybe next time I will try coconut with it. It definatly needs dipping sauce. we tried sweet and sour sauce 2 and Tonkatsu sauce. They were ok with it but next time I will try the sauce we use with shrimp. 1 cup of sugar, 1/2 a cup of vinegar, 3 tablespoons of soy sauce and 3 tablespoons of water. Cook in a small pot for about 10 minutes. http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Sweet-and-Sour-Drumettes/Detail.aspx

Sweet Spicy Wings

Best chicken wings ever. For the lazy people out there you can use frozen wings too. You can even use precooked wings and microwave them and then pour the sauce over them. You can even use frozen precooked flavored hot wings or lime wings and then pour the sauce over them and cook them in the oven. As you can see I have got pretty lazy. :) But for parties I usually just fry them and then bake them with the sauce poured over them. Po

Lime Chicken Soft Tacos

Reviewed: Mar. 16, 2007
We make this all the time. My family just loves it. I remember preparing it for the first time and my mom came in an tasted the mixture and didnt want me to use it. She accidently spilled it too.hmmmm I wonder if it was an accident:)We were about to just ditch the whole thing, but then I said lets just try cooking the remaining mixture with a couple pieces of chicken. We did and man I am glad we did. We usually mix in cilantro and use flour tortillas. Adding avocado takes this dish to another level.Which is hard to do because it already maxed out.
