Best Formula Three-Cheese Fondue

This recipe was great. I used Reisling for the wine wine, grated gruyere and cubed/diced emmantaller & cheddar (because they came pre-sliced at sam's club and it was easier to just dice them up). No clumping and I did not need to use any lemon juice as suggested by others who rated this recipe.

Chocolate Bar Fondue

This recipe was a hit. I halved it and it was perfect for a party of 9 people. I used Ghiraldelli chocolate chips and melted in a double boiler. Thanks for an easy/fun recipe!

Gloria's Sausage Gravy with Biscuits

This is a good base recipe. My husband liked the taste but I did end up adding more milk. Next time would increase the flour to at least 2 tbsp and milk to 2 cups. I did drain the sausage a little after browning to get rid of some the grease.

Chewy Coconut Cookies

I tried these cookies at my friend's house and loved them. Decided to make a batch myself using splenda instead of the white sugar. They definitely didn't taste as good (not bad but not as good as my friend's cookies). Will use regular old sugar from now on. My husband also liked them even though he is not a big fan of coconut! Finally, my cookies did not come out flat at all. they generally kept their shape during baking.

Pineapple Cream Cheese Frosting

Pretty good but very runny. The pineapple is subtle in this recipe. I would use it as a glaze (maybe a Jamaica Cake?) but definitely would not try to frost cupcakes with it again.

Gel's Green Beans and Beef

This one is definitely a keeper for our household. It was very flavorful and tasted really good over rice. I used fresh green beans, grated fresh ginger and about a pound of ground beef. Thanks for a great and easy recipe!
