Very thin. It's like chocolate soup.

Delicious! I'll never make regular apple pie again and the custard base can be used for so many different things!

Honey Baked Chicken II

Reviewed: Mar. 6, 2008
This was awesome! I used chicken breasts. I used honey dijon vinaigrette instead of mustard. I didn't have any curry powder so I made a mixture of turmeric, garlic powder and pinches of cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and cayenne pepper. I also sprinkled bread crumbs over the chicken. It was so good!

Chicken Breasts with Balsamic Vinegar and Garlic

Reviewed: Feb. 9, 2008
This was fantastic. I didn't have mushrooms and omitted the flour after reading the other reviews about it becoming slimy. I added cornstarch to the sauce after cooking the chicken and used rosemary instead of the bay leaf. It was so good, I can't believe how few healthful ingredients can taste so good! This is def. going in my recipe box!

Buffalo Chicken Dip

Reviewed: Dec. 28, 2007
Delicious. I am not a huge buffalo fan and I loved this. We used fresh chicken, half ranch half blue cheese. We also used Ken's brand Buffalo dressing which gave it some tang. It was awesome and everyone at our party LOVED it! I will definitely make this over and over!

Coconut Tilapia with Apricot Dipping Sauce

Reviewed: Oct. 1, 2007
This dish was awesome! My husband said it tasted like it came from a restaurant. I omitted the creole seasoning and just used paprika. I also did not use horseradish and I used honey mustard instead of brown. I also used whole wheat flour. Delicious!!
