I have bean cooking for as long as I could pull a chair up to the counter and ask my grandmother "what are you doing"? Which she would always and patiently tell me in great detail. When I was about nine I found a Chinese cook book and cooked every recipe I could and some I couldn't. I have been cooking professionally about 25 years and still love it! both as a profession and a hobby. I like to go wear I have never gone before. Kind of like Captain Kurk. Home made sauerkraut. My family has been making the best sauerkraut together every year for long before anyone can remember.
