Lime Chicken Soft Tacos

I agree with a previous reviewer that the aroma is better than the actual result. I made this twice and added more garlic the 2nd time. 4 large cloves. That made a big difference. Also threw in some chopped jalepenos, double the green onions and a few dashes of Tobasco Verde sauce. Also shredded the chicken after cooking. Second time around with more flavor additions and it was very good.

Roast Pork with Maple and Mustard Glaze

I've used this glaze many times for pork roast and pork tenderloin. I agree its thin and not actually a glaze. The type of maple syrup makes a difference. Using the real thing though expensive is worth it for taste and consistency (opposed to Mrs. Butterworth, etc.) This glaze tastes great and in my experience keeps the meat moist and infuses flavor. If you want a true glaze, boil it down on the stovetop as other reviewers have suggested.

Brooklyn Girl's Penne Arrabiata

Very, very good. This to me is like a dish you'd get at a great Italian restaurant. Loved it and didn't change a thing. Make sure you don't skimp on the fresh garlic! 6 sounds like alot if you're not a garlic lover but it makes the dish.

Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies I

Made these in a 13x9 inch pan to save time. They came out like chewy brownie/cookies. Very good. They dry out quick so be sure to keep the pan covered. Will surely make again!

Win's Shrimp and Spaghetti

This recipe is so easy and really tasty. I made it exactly as the recipe indicated and my family loved it. Honestly, this reminded me of a shrimp and pasta dish you'd have at a nice restaurant. I think the sauce would be a great marinade for shishkabobs too.
