Virtually moldy applesauce in the fridge called for creativity. Squashed canned pears seemed to work fine. I hate wasting the egg yoke, so just added two whole eggs. I'm alive to tell about it, and the muffins are great!

Chicken Casserole Del Sol

I had to substitue ritz crackers for corn flakes, and sea shell noodles for the rigatoni ones. Good. Made a ton. Good for company dish and leftover turkey. Could go a little easier on curry for our taste.

Best Ever Butter Cream Frosting

Does "white sugar" possibly mean powdered sugar? Because let me tell you, white sugar with this recipe looks like a science project. I managed to save the separated liquidy mess by adding about half a bag of powdered sugar. What a loser recipe. My poor kitchen aide worked its little hiney off for nothing! My husband said throw it away, but I put it in the fridge just for the experimental value of bacteria growth rate tracking.

Are you kidding? My god! I've not seen such an ugly thing since, well, since, ever! And what a DISGUSTING taste! Ick! My husband's poor birthday cake! I put this on, then PEELED it off, like silly putty!!!!!!!!! Oh my god, IN A WORD..........BARFORAMA!!!!
