Monterey Turkey Omelet

Reviewed: Jan. 26, 2009
If you make a lot of egg dishes, you are always looking for some variety like me. This provided it, but I would probably put the cheese inside and add some salt and pepper. It was ok.

It was interesting in presentation, but not very exciting in flavor.

Sweet Sausage Coffee Ring

I liked it. It is a hearty, savory, sweet, bread. Make sure you refrigerate it since there is sausage in there.

Pecan Snack

Reviewed: Apr. 14, 2008
Hard to stop eating them. A fun way for kids is to take a piece of 8.5x11 piece of paper, line it with wax paper and roll into a cone shape, then decorate the outside by coloring or stickers, fill with the nuts and kids love getting their own cone and eating them this way!

Wow. Wow. Best salad I have ever had. Non-salad people beg for more. Thought we had way too much for Easter, but the bowl was empty at the end of the meal!!

Pear and Blue Cheese Salad

Reviewed: Apr. 14, 2008
This is quite good. The flavors really work well together. People that don't normally like salad ask for seconds of this --even after the main course! The dressing makes a lot though. Can re-use for other salads or cut in half would be plenty.

Ambrosia Salad II

the coconut and didn't miss it. Used extra pineapple. Also used about 12 oz of cool whip instead of 16oz. Some reviews recommended half, but I did not find this to be enough cool whip.

Wow, this is delicious. Made it as is, no changes. Don't worry if the edges seem to get a little to brown...this is the best part!!

Cheesy Biscuit Triangles

Reviewed: Mar. 31, 2007
These were pretty good, but a little bland. I would use more herbs than called for and add some salt or garlic salt to the herbs sprinkled on top. Tip: brush with the egg white and sprinkle the herbs on top before cutting out the biscuits
