Creamy Crab and Pasta Salad

Very nice and light. I served on a bed of fresh spinach and garnished with grape tomatoes. Lots of compliments! I did double the dill though.

Very nice and perfect on a chilly evening. I added frozen peas and crushed red pepper flakes. I think next time I will skip one of the cans of milk as well but add mushrooms. Otherwise a keeper for sure!

Maple Salmon

Loved it! It will replace my brown sugar salmon recipe which was more messy. I served with asparagus and wild rice. Certainly a keeper.

Scott Hibb's Amazing Whisky Grilled Baby Back Ribs

We are making these rib's tonight and have used this recipe about 8 times the past year. They are true to the name , AMAMAIZNG! I do tend to use a bit less of the white wine vinegar, but otherwise, I stick to the plan.
