Just wanted to let everyone know, this chili is awesome! My husband just won first place in in a chili cook-off with this!!! All three judges voted his number 1, on appearance, flavor and texture. You can't go wrong with this one! Thanks for a great recipe.

Chili Dog Casserole I

This was excellent. I agree, toast your rolls first, and I'll use home made chili next time. It'll add more flavor. Everyone loved it. Will definately make again.

Jezebel Sauce

I have had this in the past. It was called jezebel dip, because we poured the sauce over a block of cream cheese and served with a good water cracker. Excellent!!!! sweet and spicy.

Brown Sugar Smokies

I have made these three times, just since Christmas! Everyone absolutely loves them! They are the first things to go. I added a little more brown sugar to mine, I like things a little sweeter. They are perfect. Just don't use the thick bacon It'll take longer to cook.
