Thanksgiving Meatloaf
Love this recipe. So does my VERY picky 5 year old. Great next day. I like it so much I am making it tonight, because it makes everyone happy and full. I am going to make sweet potato fries (plain potato fries for son) and broccoli... Definitely recommend! Oh and I usually don't have Romano on hand and well not going to spend the $$$ on one dish so just use Parmesan instead and the apple I don't use Granny Smith unless I have, any apple will do IMO. : )

Baked French Fries I
The only reason I rated it 4 stars and not five is because I only heated my oven to 400ยบ vs original temp. and I did add salt to taste (which I am glad I did)... Otherwise this was an awesome, super delicious recipe and for once I was proud of the Baked French Fries I made. They were perfectly cooked inside and out (with a bit of a crisp on the outside and a tasty potato inside). I made sure to stir them up every 5 minutes or so... I thought these were TDF and the only thing I will do next time to better this recipe is instead of the 3 serving recipe I did this time I will do a 6 serving (because I could of ate them all by myself)... BTW: both my young children loved and that is saying something. Thank you for the recipe, very happy with the results and it is now saved "forever" in my recipe box.

German Potato Salad
This is just not that great! My grandma is german, so I have been raised around "german potato salad" and there is just something off about this recipe. I have tried it 2 times and both times it just did not stand up to my expectations. (I just can not quite pinpoint the problem, the first time it was too salty, then the second time it was too sweet : P )There are definitely better recipes out there!!!
