This recipe is wonderful. One of my favorite rolls that is always is a hit is my 'Bacon and Avocado' roll. Inside the roll is spicy mayo, 2 or 3 strips of bacon, and avocado slices. A perfect and easy combination!

Waffles I

Easy and delicious. At least once a week, my hubby asks for me to make a batch. He especially loves blueberry waffles. Blueberries that are frozen are very convenient. I suggest sprinkling the thawed/drained blueberries after pouring the batter in the waffle maker. That way the blueberries or any other topping will be distributed evenly in the waffle rather than in clumps.

Honey Mustard Grilled Chicken

This was an delicious marinade! I grilled it, sliced it, and mixed it with salad. I will definitely make this again. Thank you for sharing =)

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

To be on the safe side, I usually stick with pilsbury cookie dough. However, this recipe made me a firm believer that this homemade cookie dough recipe is the best way. You can't go wrong with this recipe. Oh except if you overwhip the dough. On my first attempt, the cookies came out completely deflated.

Bacon Wrapped Chicken

This recipe was very easy to prepare. More importantly, the end results were delicious. I did add one package of chopped mushrooms to the mix. It gave the dish an extra "umph" factor.

Super Sausage Gravy

I made this a few days ago and my husband absolutely LOVED it! Just be sure to add salt and pepper to taste at the end. This is the best biscuits and gravy recipe - hands down!
