Herbed Chicken Nuggets
Fantastic! Great alternative to fried or fast food. I too used panko in place of the breadcrumbs for crisipness...and left off the wheatgerm (bad childhood memories of being force fed wheat germ- LOL)Thanks for great recipe!

Salmon Chowder
I loved this. Added cayenne for heat and that's it. Yum!

Jansson's Temptation (Janssons Frestelse)
Thank you for this wonderful, easy recipe. I used red potatoes, came out great. I wasn't sure how to cut the potatoes, I think best would be thin slices, like you'd use for scalloped.
