Indian Fish Curry
My husband and I thought this was wonderful. I used 1 tsp. of cayenne, which was plenty of heat for us. The only change I made was in the oven temperature. I cooked the fish at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Thanks so much for the recipe!

Cedar Planked Salmon
Hands down, the best salmon I have prepared. I didn't change a thing. I soaked the planks for 24 hours, but still had the occasional flare-up. This is easily controlled if you make sure you have a little water close by. Thanks so much for sharing!!
