These were delicious! I couldn't find a smoked turkey leg, so I used a ham shank instead. I put some of the meat into the greens when I was done. Also, I simmered the broth and ham shank, then simmered the greens on medium high for 45 minutes. I didn't need to simmer on medium for the additional 45. I will definitely make these again!
