I added a chopped tomato, some minced garlic, and 10 chopped kalamata olives. Everyone raved about this dish!

Delicious recipe! I used bread flour instead of all-purpose and the cookies turned out very chewy and super yummy.

Microwave Corn on the Cob

Reviewed: Jun. 2, 2009
I don't even bother with the paper towel. I peel back the husk, remove the strings, rinse the corn with water, put the husk back on, and microwave it for 2 minutes or so per husk.

Easy Beef Stroganoff

Reviewed: Jan. 14, 2009
Loved this recipe. I added paprika and garlic as suggested. To make it healthier, I used whole wheat egg noodles, Greek yogurt instead of sour cream, and cooking spray instead of oil.

Peppermint Meringues

Reviewed: Dec. 13, 2008
Amazing recipe! So easy to make and the meringues were delicious. I followed the advice of some of the reviewers and added half a cup of chocolate chips. The meringues were the perfect flavor - just enough peppermint and chocolate.

Best Marinara Sauce Yet

Reviewed: Mar. 14, 2007
I thought this recipe was delicious. I doubled the recipe and forgot to add the tomato paste, so it was a bit watery - but that was my fault. I added italian sausage and red pepper flakes for spice and some bay leaves to remove some of the bitterness(as suggested). Will definitely make again.
