I never made pork BBQ before, and this was so easy! I seared my pork before putting it in the crock pot, in beef broth for 10 hours. I shredded it mixed in BBQ sauce and next day reheated in the oven. I also added a small onion and some liquid smoke to my crock pot.

Black Beans and Pork Chops

Plate licking good! I seasoned my pork with some chili powder, garlic, season salt, and onion powder. I also served mine over rice. I will definitely make this again!

Pumpkin Pie Cake I

This was pretty good. I think it would be best with a spice cake mix. It tasted better a day or 2 after making it.

Strawberry Angel Food Dessert

I made 2 pans of this for a picnic. One was normal and the other I made sugar free. It was so delicious that people applauded! In the sugar free one I uses sugar free preserves and it was way better than the strwberry glaze! I also used a little less sugar than the recipe calls for, but other than that it was a huge hit!!!

Honey and Flaxseed Bread

This bread was very tasty! My husband loves it. The only problem I had was that I didn't add any liquid lecithin. My bread was kind of dry, I think its because I skipped on the lecithin. I will make this again soon!
