Pollo (Chicken) Fricassee from Puerto Rico
This was an "ok" meal for my family. I don't know if it was just me, but this tasted like everything else done in the crop pot. Sorry, this was not a good seller at my house. :(

Maria's Pepper Steak
This was FANTASTIC!!! I had made enough for my husband and I to take to lunch the next day and at the end of supper the only thing left in the skillet was the juice. Next time I have to make more. Even my kids ate the peppers and onions. :)

Honey Bun Cake I
This was ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!! I added some walnuts to the brown sugar and cinamon and it was AWESOME. :)
