This recipe was just "ok" for me. I've tasted much better Shepherd's Pie before. I think the meat mixture was a bit tasteless and needed to have more spices. I added real bacon bits to the top of mashed potatoes along with the cheese for the last few minutes of cooking. That added a bit more "pizzaz!"

Glazed Lemon Bundt Cake

Great cake! I made a different lemon glaze instead of the icing shown. Turned out delicious. Worked well in 9x13 pan instead of bundt cake pan. Thanks for the recipe. Will make again.

My Best Clam Chowder

Outstanding recipe! I served this for New Years Eve along with garlic bread. Yummy! My 5 kids really liked it too. It's a keeper.

Raspberry Cream Cheese Coffee Cake

FANTASTIC! This is just what I was looking for. The combination of ingredients is a perfect blend, sweet and decadent! I doubled the recipe for a 9x13 and thought the base was a bit too "cakey," even though it still was scrumptious. Next time I will add more cream cheese and raspberry if making a 9x13. The pan did almost overflow and took a bit longer to cook so maybe next time I may also just make some mini coffee cakes by putting "extra" mix into muffin pans. Thanks for an outstanding recipe. It's a keeper!

Potluck Rice Pilaf

EXCELLENT! My family loved this rice. I could tell it was a good recipe by the ingredients so I doubled the recipe. Now we get to enjoy this recipe another day. I wouldn't change anything but next time I might add peas and small pieces of carrot for color. Thank you for a great recipe!

Kettle Corn

Excellent recipe. We've been making this for a long time. When the kids have friends over, it's such an easy snack to make that goes a long way AND it's inexpensive! ONE BIG TIP... Popcorn Salt. Just sprinkle it over the popcorn after it has popped. The popcorn salt is ground up very fine into almost a powder. Regular table salt will do but the popcorn salt is exceptional! It can be found at your local grocery store.

Chicken Tortilla Soup I

Excellent recipe. My kids liked it (even the one that doesn't care for Mexican food) and asked for seconds. A mistake I made is that I didn't have crushed tomatoes on hand and so I used a can of diced tomatoes. Next time I'll make sure I have crushed tomatoes. My husband really liked the oregano but I think I'll try using cumin next time like others have suggested. This recipe is definitely a keeper!

Stir Fried Asparagus

Excellent recipe. I had decided to stir fry asparagus but I didn't know what to do with it. The asparagus was cut up and cooking in my pan when I quick, did a search for asparagus recipes. This was one of the first I saw and it was exactly the ingredients I love. My whole family really liked it with our orange chicken & fried rice. Delicious! Definitely a keeper!

Corned Beef and Cabbage II

Very good and easy recipe that my kids liked! I've made Corned Beef & Cabbage before but this is, by far, the best way I've had it. The potatoes were yummy and the meat was very tender. It does take a while to cook so next time I would start earlier! I would definitely use this recipe again. Delicious!
