Peanut Butter Temptations II

Reviewed: Feb. 2, 2009
These were delicious and super easy to make. I also put the peanut butter cups in the freezer while the cookies baked so they didn't melt as fast. Will DEFINITELY be making again and again!

So easy and delicious! I cooked mine in a crockpot all day instead of the oven and it was sooo tender!

Sweet Restaurant Slaw

Reviewed: Apr. 28, 2008
My family loved this. This is the best coleslaw I've ever had. The only thing I did different was not adding onions and cut the sugar down some. This will definitely be made again this summer!

Eggplant Parmesan II

Reviewed: Jan. 25, 2008
I've always fried my eggplant first and then baked w/ sauce and cheese, but never again!! This was fantastic! I would have never guessed that it was baked and not fried- neither would my family. This was so much easier than frying, also. I did sprinkle a little olive oil on my pan while I baked the eggplant just so it wouldn't stick. Delicious- I'm so glad that I tried this recipe!!

White Chocolate and Cranberry Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 27, 2007
I made these and they turned out wonderful. The only thing I substituted was vanilla for the brandy b/c I didn't have any on hand. These had such great flavor that I'll definitely make again.

Overnight Bubble Bread

Reviewed: Dec. 27, 2007
These were absolutely delicious! I made ours in a 8X8 pan because there were only 3 of us. I used the same amount of ingredients- just less of the rolls. They turned out fantastic. I will definitely be making these again.

Split Pea and Ham Soup I

Reviewed: Dec. 27, 2007
I thought this recipe was a great base for split pea soup. I added carrots and celery and sauteed those with the onions. I also used chicken stock instead of water, and didn't need to salt. I didn't have a ham bone, so I used chopped pieces of ham instead. It turned out great and took no time at all to prepare. I will definitely make this again. Great flavor!
