Meatloaf...a Little Southwest Style

County Fair Elephant Ears

Not a bad recipe but tasted like shortbread cookies. Not at all county fair elephant ears that I have had. I'm not sure if they would even work fried because they just don't have the right taste.

Chocolate Chocolate Chip Muffins

Really really love these muffins. The kids can't get enough, either! I didn't make a hole in the dry and add the wet. I poured the wet into my kitchen aid and added the dry, mixed and then mixed in chopped up chocolate chips. I didn't have mini choc chips and have a huge bag of regular. Love them!

Mari's Clam Lovers Chowder

Best Clam Chowder ever! I had never made clam chowder and gave this one a try. (It didn't call for tomatoes! :)) As I was cooking it I noticed that it was making A LOT. After pouring it altogether and putting everything into my pot I was very concerned. I looked at the recipe and noticed, for the first time, that it made 16 servings! I was definitely worried about my family of five eating it all before it went bad...until I took the first bite. Oh my! Soooo good! Thank you for adding this to allrecipes!! LOVE IT! I can my potatoes so didn't add those until everything else was added because they are already soft. Only variation I made. :)

This recipe is amazing! My husband couldn't get enough and has insisted we go out to pick more berries to freeze so I can make double batches through out the year. Followed the recipe exactly as stated and everything was perfect! Thank you so much for sharing!

Almond Yummies

These turned out just fine for me. They were a little sticky but I didn't mind that. I pushed them down a little in the middle to place the almond. They were a hit in my cookie exchange.

Colleen's Potato Crescent Rolls

Absolutely love this recipe. My husband, the picky one, has dubbed it his favorite. I had to turn the heat down on the oven as it browned way too fast. I did add sugar to the yeast to cause foaming. I also used butter rather than shortning and added quite a bit more flour than called for. I was in a hurry and didn't put this in the fridge at all. I let it rise on the table and then baked. It was perfect! Made them into blueberry pastries!
