Meatloaf...a Little Southwest Style

Reviewed: Mar. 26, 2011
The taste was pretty good but the loaf was crumbly. We ended up putting it into tortillas. :)

County Fair Elephant Ears

Reviewed: Dec. 4, 2010
Not a bad recipe but tasted like shortbread cookies. Not at all county fair elephant ears that I have had. I'm not sure if they would even work fried because they just don't have the right taste.

LOVE these cookies. So easy. Have a little tang in the taste but not enough to make them taste bad.

Chocolate Chocolate Chip Muffins

Reviewed: Sep. 22, 2010
Really really love these muffins. The kids can't get enough, either! I didn't make a hole in the dry and add the wet. I poured the wet into my kitchen aid and added the dry, mixed and then mixed in chopped up chocolate chips. I didn't have mini choc chips and have a huge bag of regular. Love them!

Mari's Clam Lovers Chowder

Reviewed: Sep. 10, 2010
Best Clam Chowder ever! I had never made clam chowder and gave this one a try. (It didn't call for tomatoes! :)) As I was cooking it I noticed that it was making A LOT. After pouring it altogether and putting everything into my pot I was very concerned. I looked at the recipe and noticed, for the first time, that it made 16 servings! I was definitely worried about my family of five eating it all before it went bad...until I took the first bite. Oh my! Soooo good! Thank you for adding this to allrecipes!! LOVE IT! I can my potatoes so didn't add those until everything else was added because they are already soft. Only variation I made. :)

This recipe is amazing! My husband couldn't get enough and has insisted we go out to pick more berries to freeze so I can make double batches through out the year. Followed the recipe exactly as stated and everything was perfect! Thank you so much for sharing!

Almond Yummies

Reviewed: Jan. 12, 2010
These turned out just fine for me. They were a little sticky but I didn't mind that. I pushed them down a little in the middle to place the almond. They were a hit in my cookie exchange.

Candy Cane Cookies I

Reviewed: Jan. 12, 2010
I loved the idea of having two colors twisted together with this cookie. I will add less salt next time as these were WAY too salty for my liking.

Colleen's Potato Crescent Rolls

Reviewed: Apr. 16, 2007
Absolutely love this recipe. My husband, the picky one, has dubbed it his favorite. I had to turn the heat down on the oven as it browned way too fast. I did add sugar to the yeast to cause foaming. I also used butter rather than shortning and added quite a bit more flour than called for. I was in a hurry and didn't put this in the fridge at all. I let it rise on the table and then baked. It was perfect! Made them into blueberry pastries!
