Reviewed: Feb. 20, 2013
excellent recipe! though I doubled the lettuce and shrimp and substituted the flimsy rice wrappers that need to be wetted for the spring roll wrappers for frying, but ate fresh!

Easy Red Beans and Rice

Reviewed: Jun. 22, 2008
Delicious recipe! I would suggest cooking the beans alone until they become very soft. This made better consistency for my dish. I also used smoked cured ham in place of sausage.

This recipe is great! I used about one quarter of the sauce to season my cucumbers an onions and added a little salt. I keep extra sauce in the fridge for use anytime.

Italian Spaghetti Sauce with Meatballs

Reviewed: Dec. 8, 2007
This recipe was decent. Typically, genuine Italian food is abundant with spices and this recipe would reflect a chef's kitchen that needed to go spice shopping!

Awesome Honey Pecan Pork Chops

Reviewed: Dec. 8, 2007
These pork chops were delicious. Though the loin of pork is usually the driest and toughest cut, this recipe avoid that. my pork shops were juicy, tender and very tasty!

Sweet Mustard Chicken Bake

Reviewed: Dec. 8, 2007
This recipe is excellent! I typically enjoy chicken breast much less than any other cut because of its dryness and tough texture. But this recipe produced very tasty results with great texture and juiciness.

Spruced Up Mashed Potatoes

Reviewed: Nov. 23, 2007
Good recipe! Healthy! Though the cauliflower has an impact on the texture of the dish making them less creamy, its very tasty. I added fresh chopped chives and put the garlic in last.

Baked Sweet Potatoes with Ginger and Honey

Reviewed: Nov. 23, 2007
Excellent recipe. Very flavorful but not too sweet. Healthy! A great alternative to candied yams with marshmallows for the health conscious and this with a sophisticated palate.

Cranberry Sauce with Apricots, Raisins, and Orange

Reviewed: Nov. 23, 2007
Great Recipe! I am not a fan of craberry sauce with meat. But this sauce which tastes more like apricots, raisins and orange was absolutely perfect with my 12-hour smoked turkey!

Impossible Pumpkin Pie I

Reviewed: Nov. 23, 2007
This Pumpkin pie recipe is delicious and healthy! Crust was really not necessary at all. I found that refrigerating the pie after cooling then the slicing and heating maintained the form of the slices best. Warm pie tastes better!

This turkey gravy recipe is ideal for topping potatoes or turkey, ham - everything. I added one cup of minced turkey giblets and its broth that I stewed the day before and then pureed. It was very very tasty.

This recipe is excellent. Its unique because the resulting product is a coleslaw with a wonderful flavor that is similar to coleslaw but more pleasant. the longer it sits in the fridge the better it tastes.

Fresh Spring Rolls With Thai Dipping Sauce

Reviewed: Apr. 12, 2007
Great recipe! Maesri spring roll sauce is ideal for fried and fresh spring rolls. Add a small bunch of fresh chopped mint leaves for extra flavor! Most fresh spring roll wrappers need only a quick rinse on both sides and set about 60 seconds. I find this worked well on this recipe, as soaking resulted in wrappers that were too flimsy and weak to roll.
