Healthy Harvest Soup
I have some extra acorn squash laying around so I decided to try your soup. Very, very delicious. I like this type of a fall/winter harvest type of soup. Thankfully, it is very forgiving as I needed to substitute buckwheat for the barley and spinach for the kale and didn't use any Thyme (wife dislikes it). All in all pretty close to the original recipe. Thanks Cynthia!

Russian Green Bean and Potato Soup
I have made this soup many times and we just love it. I make it exactly the way it is written. My wife is from Russia and asks me to make this on cold days. Today will be one of those days. The people who didn't like this soup obviously made a mistake somewhere. I don't understand how a whole family could dislike this. Thanks!!!

30 Minute Irish Skillet
Simply wonderful and quick to make. Yes, it does need a pinch more salt. I also sprinkled a little cheddar cheese on top for fun.
