Easy Tuna Casserole

This is a fabulous, quick recipe. I used cooked chicken instead of tuna and it was great. It goes great with a nice cucumber salad.

Gourmet Chicken Pizza

This made a fabulous, unusual restauraunt-style pizza for me and my sister. It WAS a bit heavy, but worth it. I used ready-made crust and piled on the topings with some mushrooms added.

Baked Dijon Salmon

Fish and Things Teriyaki Marinade

This was a good marinade, but not unlike something you can buy in a bottle. I tried it with beef. It did make the house smell great.

Caramel Filled Chocolate Cookies

These cookies turned out so good, I almost lost my eyesight. They seem like they will turn out odd, with the Rolos in them, but the Rolo just becomes part of the cookie. The woman in the candy store looked at me really wierd when I sat there counting the number of rolos in a tube.

Acorn Squash

I made this for my family. Except for the rather long cooking time, it is just as easy as making that horrible frozen kind of squash in the foil pachage and was worlds better. Thanks for a great recipe.

Crispy Cucumbers and Tomatoes in Dill Dressing

This was one of the best salads I have ever made. I made it for five guests and everyone commented on it. How often does that happen with a salad? It was simple to make and had a lot of wonderful flavor. I would make at least double the recipe for a family.

Baked Salmon I

My kitchen smelled very good after cooking this dish. I invited five people over and everyone ate heartily. It taisted like a gormet dish and was not very hard to make.

Microwave Oven Peanut Brittle

I made a tripple batch of this recipe as a holiday gift for my friends and it came out great! I did find that it took much longer for the peanuts to turn brown then I the recipe called for (I think it was due to my tiny microwave). It seems like something that must have taken me all day to make, but really didn't.
