Classic Waffles

Wonderful! I thought so much baking powder would ruin these waffles, but because the batter is so light it really helps them to puff. They are as light and crispy as if you had separated your eggs, whipped the whites, and added them later. I've done that and they aren't as good as these waffles. A wonderful, sweet flavor with the great scent of vanilla. I love this recipe!
