Caramel Chocolate Corn

fantastic! I made it exactly as listed in the microwave, except that I didn't have peanuts so I left those out. The only caution I would have is make sure you watch the sugar syrup while it boils so it doesn't overflow. I was amazed that this worked so well, all in the microwave! I will totally be making caramel corn more often!

Peanut Butter Granola

I followed this recipe as exactly as I could with the ingredients on hand...peanuts instead of walnuts, ground flaxseed instead of brewer's yeast, no dry milk powder, and regular peanut butter. I think it tastes fantastic! My only criticism is that it didn't clump up like regular granola, though my substitutions probably accounted for getting the proportions off. When I make it again, I'll go a little lighter on the oats to make sure there's enough wet ingredients to make sure it sticks together.

Crystal's Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Cookies

very good, but I added more flour to total about 3 cups in order to make them a little more chewy like a regular chocolate chip cookie, and less cake-like. They're still not totally like regular cookies, but they're closer. Great idea, they taste great.

Chinese Spicy Hot And Sour Soup

Very good! I'm living in Taiwan and so finding the ingredients is easy, but I still held off on the tiger lily buds because here you have to buy them in bulk - about $10 for a big package! I couldn't justify that unless I knew I'd be using a lot of them. The color of my soup wasn't quite as pretty as the soup in the picture. Maybe if I used red bowls it would look like that! Regardless, it was very good and tastes just like the soup in restaurants here. I didn't make any changes except to make more than the original recipe called for - I knew it would be good!
