just ok for me, which was disappointing because usually 4+ star recipes usually turn out to be really good. Everyone, you can't give a recipe a good rating if you changed something about the recipe. Post your rating for the recipe as-is, and then post your modifications as a separate recipe! Thank you!

Pumpkin Bars I

These were good, but to me it came out more like a cake than bars. I imagined they would be chewier, and something I could eat without utinsels. However, if you want pumpkin cake, this is great!

Chicken Enchiladas I

I finally found a good enchilada recipe! I wouldn't change anything! The taco sauce tasted great. Next time, I may try enchilada sauce instead.

Pretzel Fruit Pizza

Made this for my Bible Study and everyone loved it! The hint of lime flavor is great. I just used strawberries, and it was still a hit. I also used a 12 inch pizza pan, and the thick crust was great. I will definitely make this again.

White Cheese Chicken Lasagna

It was just ok to me. It was too much of the same flavors, and it was a lot of work to make! If I make it again, I will add more chicken. I would also cut the amount of spinach in half, and use less ricotta than it calls for.

Cucumber Sandwiches III

This a great appetizer, and it's so easy! I would not make too far in advance...the cucumbers can get a little soggy. I made mine a couple hours before a baby shower, and they were perfect. I got many complements, and the entire tray was almost gone.

Flourless Chocolate Cake I

The only flourless chocolate cake recipe you will ever need. I made this for a baby shower, and everyone was shocked to hear that I made it. It was described as "restaurant quality" by many people. I used a 9.5 in. springform pan, and it worked great. Thanks for this awesome recipe!

Fluff Dip for Fruit

Made this for a baby shower and everyone loved it! It goes especially well with strawberries. It was a shower for 12 people, and I should have cut the recipe in half--it makes a lot of dip!
