This recipe was wonderful! I wanted to find a white bread recipe to use with my Runza recipe and this was exceptional. I'll definately use it again!

Strawberry-Banana French Toast

Reviewed: Apr. 30, 2007
This recipe was pretty good except that the side of the french toast that was on top of the fruit didn't cook. The top of the french toast was crunchy and wonderful but the bottom was soggy with egg that never set up. I probably won't make this again without some major modifications....

Crustless Spinach Quiche

Reviewed: May 11, 2007
Amazing! I only added one cup of cheese to cut the fat and I used sharp cheddar because that is all I had. I also added mushrooms. My husband and my one year old both loved it too!

Hearty Raisin Bread

Reviewed: Jul. 18, 2007
This raisin bread was excellent! It stayed moist for the few days that it lasted. I did soak the raisins in water while the dough was rising. And then rolled out the dough, sprinkled it with the raisins and extra cinnamon and then rolled it up and cut it into two loaves. I will definately make this again and again!

This is AMAZING!!! The only thing I changed was that I used raisins instead of cranberries because I didn't have any. Love it!

Potato Soup X

Reviewed: Nov. 14, 2007
This was wonderful, my husband told me it was a keeper. I made a few modifications though, I kept the peels on the potatoes, I added cubes of ham and instead of salting it I added two chicken bouillon cubes. I will make this again and again!

Sour Cream Biscuits

Reviewed: Nov. 14, 2007
Very good for a healthy biscuit. I had a cup of fat free sour cream that had ranch seasoning mixed in that I needed to use up and it gave a lot of flavor to the biscuits. I also added some shredded cheddar cheese. They went well with the Potato Soup X recipe on this website. My husband loved them!

Chicken Pot Pie IX

Reviewed: Apr. 3, 2008
Wonderful! I doubled the sauce like others suggested and since I'm not a big fan of pie crust I served it once over egg noodles and another time over a drop biscuit recipe I found on this site. This recipe is a keeper!

Cheese Drop Biscuits

Really good, I've made them time and time again. I used oil instead of shortening to make them a bit healthier otherwise I make them exactly the same. Their super quick and can compliment almost any meal!

Sweet Potato Casserole I

Reviewed: Dec. 2, 2008
This was awesome! I had two thanksgiving dinners to attend and I made a batch for each one. The first I followed the recipe exactly and it was great but a little too sweet so the next batch I cut 1/2 cup of sugar out of the potatoes and 1/4 cup out of the topping and it was perfect. I will definately be making this again!

Yellow Chess Cake

Reviewed: Mar. 27, 2009
Gooey Goodness!!! I was nervous while it was baking, I used a dark non-stick pan instead of the glass one the recipe called for. I noticed after 10 minutes of baking the edges were starting to get really brown so I covered the whole dish with foil and baked for 30 more minutes. It was gooey and wonderful, everyone loved it. I'll definately be making this again. If you're expecting a solid bar this isn't the recipe that you want. Also, it's super rich so serving it with vanilla ice cream helps cut the sweetness.

Tomato Bisque III

Reviewed: Jan. 7, 2010
This is wonderful, perfect for a cold day with a grilled cheese sandwich! I found that you don't have to have the tomato paste or the cream and it's just as good. To speed up the cooking time on the veggies I chopped them really fine with my food processer. YUMM!
