Loved this recipe! I left the buttermilk out and added 3/4c of sour cream instead. So moist and delish! I also poured it in a 10x13 pan and poured a light glaze over the top when it was done (cooked for 27 mins). Made a strawberry purée to drizzle over the top and it was a wonderful treat! Best banana bread recipe I have found!

Sea Foam Candy

This is the first "sea foam" candy recipe that I haven't burned BUT I don't really consider it a true sea foam. Its really more like divinity. I was a little disappointed because I wanted to make it for a gift for my sister in law, but this is NOT the sea foam candy that she loves so much. Thanks for sharing. Great recipe if you want something more like divinity.

Cream Cheese Mints

This was incredibly easy! They are so light, they melt in your mouth. I followed directions exactly except adding more peppermint extract (I didn't have oil). I also added the coloring before adding the powdered sugar like someone suggested. Turned out perfectly!! I can't wait to give this out with my other goodies. I know its going to be a hit!

Divinity

This recipe was amazingly easy. This was the first time I have attempted Divinity, only because I have always been told how difficult it is to make. This recipe is a keeper. Divinity turned out perfect! Thank you!

Banana Banana Bread

This is a wonderful recipe! I did as others suggested by adding 1 tsp of vanilla and then I added 3/4 tsp of Pampered Chef's Cinnamon Plus (it has allspice, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg and orange peel in it). I also added chocolate chips as well. Wonderful! I think a little more of the Cinnamon Plus would have been even better but this is the best banana bread recipe I have found. I also made mini muffins with this (for the kids lunches) and it only cooked for 10-12 mins. This makes about 46 mini muffins.

Chicken Pot Pie IX

This was a wonderful recipe! My 4 yr old and 6 yr old boys loved it along with my husband! A definite winner! I did as some of the others suggested, putting in garlic and poultry seasoning, but instead of the pie crust, I covered the ingredients in a deep casserole dish, with flaky biscuits. You don not need a crust and the biscuits are simple and wonderful on top. I also added mozzarella cheese to the mixture before I baked it. Oh... and I didn't double the sauce recipe but made 1 1/2 x's the amount. Perfect amount!
